Criminal Justice

Work under the programme commenced in 1998. The commisison has so far reviewed the Penal Code and the Criminal Procedured and Evidence Code. The Commission has also developed a law on Guidelines for Bail.

Presently, the Commission is looking at the Traditional Courts Act (cap. 3:05) in the context of the Constitution).
